Grant - Database Architect
Grant joined Taos in March 2010 and has 15 years of technology experience. Grant possesses technical expertise in databases, programming, and operating systems. During his tenure at Taos, Grant has helped a new client improve their monitoring environment and has also assisted with various administrative tasks.
Grant began his career as an intern at IBM in Charlotte, North Carolina where he did image compression testing for a new product. He later joined Micron Technology in Boise where he was a Programmer and a Database Administrator. One of his most notable accomplishments at Micron was when he served as a Lead Database Architect to roll out SQL Server 2005. Most recently, he was a Database Administrator at Clearwater Analytics where he was the sole DBA with 2000% data growth.

Mike - Windows Systems Administrator
Mike joined Taos in October 2009 and has over 10 years of technology experience. Mike’s areas of expertise are in Active Directory, Exchange and security. While at Taos, he’s helped transition Sungevity and figured out their VPN connection to the internet. He’s also revamped everything for MLS from monitoring to on call to process management. Prior to joining Taos, Mike provided Tier 2 support for servers at BMHC and Western States Equipment.

Robert - Service Desk Lead and Salesforce.com Administrator
Robert joined Taos in April 2009 and has 15 years of technology experience. He is especially knowledgeable in Windows, Salesforce.com and telecommunications.
His previous experiences include working as a Customer Relations Manager at Citibank and as a bail bondsman who eventually fell into an IT role. His information technology experience includes working as a Helpdesk Specialist at BMHC.

Bo - Service Desk Technician
Bo joined Taos in July 2009 and has 10 years of technology experience. Bo’s extensive knowledge of Windows, Linux and hardware, along with his excellent customer service skills, make him a dynamic Service Desk team member.
Prior to Taos, Bo worked at Micron Technology as a Tech Support Analyst and was also a Field Service Engineer. During his tenure at HCL Technology, he served as a Systems Analyst.

Conrad - Service Desk Technician
Conrad is a Service Desk Technician who joined Taos in October 2009 and has over 10 years of technology experience.
Before coming to Taos, he worked for a consulting company in Salt Lake City with clients such as Union Pacific Healthcare. He performed all IT functions including building websites, networking, and working with Apple and Linux.

Curtis - Service Desk Technician
Curtis joined Taos in October 2009 and has over 10 years of technology experience.
Prior to Taos, Curtis was a level II Service Desk Technician at St. Luke’s Hospital in Boise. He was specifically assigned to the OR, and some of his more memorable experiences were the times when he had to scrub down and suit up to go in and fix desktops while doctors were performing surgery.



Matt - Service Desk Technician
Matt is a Service Desk Technician who has 2 years of PC support experience.
Prior to Taos, Matt was in the Air Force where he served 2 years in Italy and completed his enlistment in Mountain Home, Idaho. Matt was an unofficial tech support personnel and helped with the communications squadron. Eager to explore the civilian side of the IT industry, Matt joined Taos in April 2009.
